I am an author and self publisher. I also have dedicated my life to green living. My book is about preserving lost history.  I am on a crusade to bring recognition to the achievements of one little community that was overlooked by the archdiocese of Detroit. I discovered some ugly truths along the way. What a fascinating journey! Without my health which was in peril, I could not have written the book and that is what attracted me to the business of living a healthy lifestyle.
